Why did Tom Brady return to the NFL? The Bucs wanted their quarterback.
Speaking of quarters, we're wrapping up Q1 of 2022 (maybe Q3 for our friends in Australia, Q4 for our friends in the UK, and so on...). This is a great time to look at what's working and what needs to change in your content, metrics, and strategy.
Since companies start and end their quarters at different times, here's a totally non-quarter-specific list of things to consider every 3 months:
• Check yo automations for opportunities to update copy, links, images, and personalization.
• Review last quarter's goals (ROI, conversion rates, engagement). Did your team hit those goals?
• If not, what are your team's goals for the next quarter? What are the risks and opportunities of those goals, and how can you work together toward meeting those goals?
• Send customer surveys. What do your people love? What features would help them work better with your product, service, or content?
• In those surveys, or separately, ask for testimonials to show social proof.
• Use more bullet points in emails to subscribers. It makes the content easier to skim.
