Microsoft Doubles-Down on Edge Browser for Windows 11 Microsoft is releasing a Windows 11 update that removes workaround options for using other browsers for Start menu search results. Basically, regardless of your chosen default browser, Start menu searches will always use Edge—whether you want them to or not. Is this the right call, Microsoft? 3. Some Users Can Now Install Android TV Apps From Their Phone Android TV users have discovered they can install apps to their TV using their phones, thanks to a new Play Store function. The install button appears when viewing an app's store page on an Android device connected to the same account, one running Android TV OS. We like this change, Google! Keep it up. 🦑 Go Deeper Twitter added subscriptions to the platform via Twitter Blue, so why can't Instagram do the same? Charlie Sorrel is really into the idea, and thinks the video+photos+commerce social network is perfect for it. 🎱 By the Numbers Seems reasonable Data: Pew Research Center It's easy to understand why more people are forgoing cable/satellite subscriptions. Let's face it, if you can watch everything you want, whenever you want, online, why would you ever go back to cable?
