| | As more companies look to build their digital capabilities, the competition for tech talent has become a big barrier. While demand is growing for skills such as software engineering, data management, and cybersecurity, there's a shortage of candidates that meet the long lists of criteria often attached to these positions. And attracting seasoned talent is even harder for those outside of the tech sector itself.
