In fact, residents of San Francisco are downright spoiled in my opinion when it comes to their mild summertime weather.    On top of that, San Francisco has been home to one of the world's greatest urban parks, the Presidio, which just got a whole lot cooler. Our lead feature this week  looks at this 1,400 acre park's newest addition, the Tunnel Tops. For decades, Presidio's main weakness was a highway cutting it off from the shore.
