Airline travel is up 700% from its pandemic low. All your friends are talking about their next vacation. And maybe all you are thinking is: who the crap would send the emails when I'm away?

That's the kind of attitude that kills dreams. We're not saying to go and mortgage your house to pay for gas prices and hotel rooms right now. But even planning a trip (even if it is imaginary) can help your mental state – according to smarty pants research at Cornell University and University of Surrey.
