1. Firefox Says 'No' to Cross-site Cookie Tracking
|
Firefox's "Total Cookie Protection" feature that prevents cross-site tracking is now available worldwide and will be enabled by default. You can take full advantage of the new feature as soon as you update Firefox to version 101.0.1, then surf the web knowing there are fewer eyes on you than yesterday. Phew! | 2. |
Adobe's Substance 3D, which is sort of like Photoshop for 3D spaces, just received a huge update. Creators (especially those designing for VR) can now craft their own plugins, automate time-intensive tasks, and look forward to sculpting 3D objects directly in virtual space. It's an exciting time for VR, huh? |

We're a ways off from having our own space elevator, but we can dream about it. Take Mashable's Chris Taylor, for example, who penned a letter to the 22nd Century to discuss their presumed elevator and explain what's taking us in the 21st Century so long to make it real. | |
