Loyalty emails create a sense of urgency and show customer appreciation with milestones. "Once you've purchased 10 bags of Oreos, you'll earn your choice of a free bag of Oreos, or an Oreos visor."


You can trigger emails based on customer behavior, from signing up for a new loyalty account to notifying customers of their rewards balance, and reminding them when their points expire. The key here is to keep people engaged and to reward them for interacting with your products and services.


Find a balance with your audience so you're emailing them just enough to check in and let them know you see and care about them without sending too many communications that it's creeping them out. Check out these loyalty rewards emails for inspiration.
