Welcome emails are like digital fist bumps, virtual hugs, or snuggling your fur baby for the first time. Thank your subscribers for joining the party (fur party?) as soon as they sign up so they're instantly immersed in your brand's messaging. Intro who you are, what your mission is, what type of content they can expect from your brand, and how often.

Most importantly: be genuine. If you tend to quote song lyrics throughout your meetings and your website, then please, don't stop the music. Subscribers will call B.S. when you're anything but yourself. Be you and build that trust, starting with your welcome email.
