Breathe in. Breathe out. You got this.

Sometimes it's tough to work when things are going on in the world, when you're feeling down or when you're feeling burnt out. (Skyler Holobach reminded us at Unspam Chicago that you're not alone in this).

Mental Health Awareness Month can serve as a much-needed reminder to check in with yourself. Check in with the people around you. Watch the show, sit in silence, write the journal entry, eat the ice cream - whatever it is that might help you self-soothe. Give yourself grace and permission with your thoughts and feelings.

We're throwing it back to an oldie but goodie where RGE's Matthew (aka Whale) shares how we can unlock some personal space to better serve ourselves and our customers when we clear our Mental Inbox.

"We got our biggest customer from RGE."
Bethany Stachenfeld, CEO of SendSpark, told us their biggest customer came from Really Good Emails. And it wasn't just that - she showed us that RGE had sent SendSpark thousands of people that generated in hundreds of leads and paid accounts.

Other CEOs have weighed in too. Take Product Hunt's Ryan Hoover who said "Really Good Emails has been doing it from day one" and Litmus' who said "RGE has managed to become this little darling in the email marketing community."

If you want to advertise on RGE, our newsletter, or get involved in our events, it's as easy as sending an email to company@reallygoodemails.com.
